NON ADMIN USER

What do the different columns mean?

Assigned - this shows which has been assigned this job

Assign to me - to assign a job to yourself click on ‘assign’. The page will refresh and your name will appear in the assigned column. Only administrators can re-assign jobs.

Progress - all jobs are set to ‘unactioned’ as default. As you progress a job you can update this field to ‘Chasing’, ‘Declined’ or ‘Vacancy’

Date – this is the date that the job is added to the feed.

Location – the region the job is located

Job type – type of job

Job title – job title as it appears on the job listing

Company – company name

Link – link to the job

URL – link to the employer’s website.

When is the data updated?

Except UK national holidays the feed runs daily with the results available by 9am UK time.

Can I export the jobs data?

Yes. Just above the columns on the left hand side of the page is a link called “export”. You can export the data in CSV, TXT or JSON format.

Can I print the data?

Yes. In the top right hand corner of the page is a link called “print”.

Search - you can search for jobs by keyword, date, location, job title, job type, progress or assigned.

ADMIN USER

Assign - non-admin users can assign a job to themselves on their own platform but as an admin user you can re-assign a job or assign a job to yourself

Progress - non-admin users can update their progress with each job. You can then monitor their progress
